Celebrant Fiona King

Hello, Fiona here. I’ve been a celebrant working from Sydney since 2010 and have tree changed to the Southern Highlands. I already know my around having conducted many weddings in the Southern Highlands over the years.

Coming from a lifetime in Theatre, Design and Children’s dance and fitness. The journey to being a celebrant has been a fabulous ride. Sometimes a wild one with the weather and all!  During that time, I’ve gained invaluable experience that I’m happy to share.

It’s an understanding of what a couple needs to feel supported. Certainty is important! I keep the paperwork simple and efficient + I’m never EVER late! You can see from my photo galleries I have the personality and flexibility as a wedding celebrant to work in with your style, yet still remain myself.  

At the end of the day, it’s all about what works best for you. There is music to my ears when your guests exclaim “that ceremony was so you 2”.  

During the last 10 years, I’ve learned a lot. About people, relationships, and myself.  How can I help make this most important and intense of day as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for my couples? By using the experience built over years to deliver the very best of myself to you.

I also play harp and when asked, love to incorporate the two. I play harp for 1/2 an hour as your guests arrive + for the bridal procession. Having Celtic heritage I’m somewhat of a handfasting expert too.
