I’d like to say that this Jewellers 100% deserves it’s 5-star rating. I have recently purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé and a pair of wedding bands for the two of us. Due to the great experience that we had with them, we purchased a pendant and chain in addition to our wedding bands. As for any further jewellery that we shall require, this will be our primary go-to jewellers.

Firstly, I went to quite a few places when enquiring about the engagement ring. The main impression that I received from all the other jewellers was that they had such an urgency to sell. Due to their pushiness, I felt rather uncomfortable.

Secondly, when I explained to the other jewellers the design that I desired, many of them tried to convince me that it wasn’t going to be doable. Some instead tried to convince me to change my mind about the ring design. The design that I desired, was personal and unique for my fiancé, and not much attempt was made to accommodate me.

For the reasons stated above, MIDAS stood out well above the other jewellers as the best choice for me as to where I would make my purchase. From the very beginning, the experience that I had was exceptional. I was not made to feel pressured or uncomfortable about making a purchase. The design that I desired was accommodated to by Ernesto from the description that I provided. He proceeded to make a 3D image of the design so that I could confirm my request.

From there, the rest was a breeze. The engagement ring was made, the wedding bands were selected and made, and then further gifts were purchased from Midas.

Great Jeweller, great staff, great products and great quality for prices. I will certainly purchase from them again.
