The Secret Garden

The Secret Garden is a hidden treasure, nestled in the beautiful rural surrounds of Wildes Meadow, a convenient 50-minute drive from Wollongong, an hour from Canberra, or two hours from Sydney.

It is a quintessentially Australian country garden of 5 acres. The Secret Garden contains a number of formal and intimate garden rooms, as well as large expanses of lush green lawn, swathes of romantic roses, a gazebo overlooking an ornamental lake, a 20-meter-long wisteria covered arbour, natural woodland, kitchen garden, orchard and cutting garden full of seasonal flowers.

This gives you abundant choices for a location for your wedding ceremony, reception, event or photoshoot, offering you and your guests a variety of spaces to enjoy, and allows you to have completely bespoke and unique wedding photos.

We offer a completely unique and bespoke approach to weddings and events, allowing you to completely customise the space and to help you to achieve your dream day.

We will work with your choice of suppliers, including event hire companies, caterers, florists and photographers, to ensure that you have exactly what you want on the day. This gives you the opportunity to create a unique wedding space for your guests to enjoy that reflects who you are as a couple and your personal style.
