Chef’s Selection of Canapés

Platter

  • Antipasto Platter: assortment of salami, prosciutto, melon, leg of ham, feta cheese, hummus, char grilled eggplant, capsicum, semi dried tomatoes, dolmades & assorted olives, served with grissini sticks. And/or
  • Mezza Platter: creamy eggplant dip, labneh dip, carrot & celery sticks, kalamatta olives & mixed nuts, served with crisp bread

Entree

  • Grilled king prawn cutlet on herb risotto with watercress & lemon chilli oil
  • Sun dried tomato, chicken & goat’s cheese tart served warm with rocket salad
  • Roasted lamb rump with seasonal salad, caramelised pearl onion & honey mustard dressing

Main

  • Seared barramundi fillet, crisp potato & green peas, lemon & caper butter
  • Grilled beef tenderloin with potato gratin, spinach, garlic butter & red wine jus
  • Roasted half spring chicken with thyme jus, creamy mash potato, snow peas & Dutch carrots

Dessert

  • Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake
  • Date & pecan pudding with butterscotch sauce
  • Chocolate fondant with strawberries & mint cream
